Staff
Maitland Presbyterian Preschool is licensed with the state of Florida Department of Children and Families. Every staff member has completed the 45 hours of mandated training in Early Childhood Education, has a First Aid and CPR certification and many of our teachers have either a four year college degree or a C.D.A in early childhood education. Our well-trained staff uses knowledge of child development to plan and implement a quality program that is child centered and will support achievement of school readiness skills. Our staff is fingerprinted and has undergone local, state and federal background checks. Our four year old classes also participate in the state of Florida’s VPK program.

DIRECTOR - Susie Stull
I have had the privilege of being part of Maitland Presbyterian Preschool since 1998. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Roanoke College in Virginia and received my Director’s Credentials in 2012. After spending 15 years teaching VPK I moved into the role of Associate Director for 5 years and then into the role of Director in 2017. Along with an amazingly creative and supportive staff, I am committed to providing your children with a developmentally sound foundation and a positive, loving environment for them to grow and learn.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - Lisa Brown
I have been in the education field for over 20 years. I have my FCCPC certification and Director Credential with the state of Florida. I joined the MPP family in 2018. Before that I was a Curriculum Director and Assistant Director with another private school in the Orlando area. I enjoy working with all ages and love the supporting our amazing staff.

VPK LEAD TEACHER - Debbie Kendler- Leviten
My name is Debbie Kendler-Leviten. I am originally from Michigan but have made Orlando my home for the past 25 years after graduating from the University of Florida with my bachelor’s degree. I also have my Child Development Associate certification. I have worked in Early Education for the past 10 years teaching both Pre-K and threes. I am married to my wonderful husband, Aaron. We have two children, Joshua (19) and Gabby (14). Our family is complete with two very personable cats, our dog Gus and two chickens. I enjoy baking, having my coffee, going to the beach and traveling, and being with friends and family. I enjoy watching professional soccer, hockey, and basketball and I am always up to try new things.

VPK ASSISTANT TEACHER - Terri Rice
Hi, my name is Terri Rice. I have 14 years experience teaching preschool. I have my CDA from Seminole State College. I really enjoy the imagination, energy, and wonderment of my students alongside Mrs. Kendler-Leviten. My husband and I have been married for 26 years and we have two children and live in the Tuscawilla area of Winter Springs.

VPK LEAD TEACHER - Beth Bromfield
Hi, my name is Beth Bromfield. I have a BA in Anthropology and worked in environmental education before my children were born. Both my daughters went through the preschool here at MPP.
I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching at MPP since 2014. I have taught all the age groups over the years but am currently with the VPK program. My favorite part about being in the VPK class is watching how much the children grow and change during the time I have with them. It’s incredible how they just soak everything in and really show their independence and abilities during this time.

VPK ASSISTANT TEACHER - Tosha Whitson
Hello! I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, I am a devoted wife and mother of two wonderful girls. In 2014, my family and I relocated to Florida, where I've continued to pursue my passion for gymnastics—a love that began in my teenage years and has grown into adulthood. Teaching gymnastics has been a fulfilling journey, and it naturally led me to a career working with children, a role that brings me immense joy and satisfaction.
Currently, I have my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, furthering my dedication to nurturing and guiding young minds. Being part of a child's growth and development is a true blessing, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their learning and well-being.

OLDER THREE YEAR OLD LEAD TEACHER - June Perero
Hi, my name is June and I am the older threes teacher. I have a bachelor's degree from UCF and a Staff Credential, and have worked in education for over seven years. As a teacher, I strive to make a creative and positive atmosphere for my students. I love my classroom to be filled with messy art, music, and lots of learning!

OLDER THREE YEAR OLD ASSISTANT - Rebekka Senzee
Hi, my name is Rebekka Senzee and I was born and raised in Denmark. I have been married for 26 years and have four children who are all mostly grown now. Throughout my life, I have worked with children in before and after school programs, day cares, babysitting, volunteering with Orange County School District, etc. I love working with children and seeing the world through their eyes. I am excited to be a part of the MPP team and look forward to an amazing school year.

YOUNGER THREE YEAR OLD LEAD TEACHER - Amy Davis
Hi, my name is Amy Davis and I am excited to be a part of the MPP Family! I have my Bachelors Degree in Education and have years of experience teaching children ranging in age from birth to eighteen! During this time, I have come to truly love working with preschool age children. My primary goal is to help them to feel safe and secure so that they can thrive. These first years of school are so important and I believe that they can set the tone for children to love learning. I have been married for 22 years and I have two teenage boys. Both of my boys play club volleyball, so we travel a great deal on the weekends. I also love music, crafting, and spending time with my dog, Cleo!

YOUNGER THREE YEAR OLD ASSISTANT - Kara Seelbinder
Hi, I’m Kara Seelbinder, and I’m so excited to be joining the Maitland Presbyterian Preschool family! I bring over 20 years of experience working with young children—as a preschool teacher, private nanny, and personal assistant.
After taking time to raise my own family, I’m grateful for the opportunity to step back into a role that truly feels like home. Becoming part of such a caring, dedicated team at Maitland Presbyterian Preschool is a joy, and I look forward to supporting the growth, learning, and laughter that happens here every day!

YOUNGER TWO YEAR OLD LEAD TEACHER - Stephanie Einstein
Hi, I’m Stephanie Einstein and I am so excited to be joining the MPP family! I have a bachelor’s degree in
Criminal Justice, after working 6 years as an analyst for the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, I made the
switch to education. I was an assistant for nearly 4 years, mostly working with students with special
needs which will always hold a special place in my heart. I enjoy spending time with my dog, watching
musicals and reading.

Hello, my name is Rosalie Manley. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I moved to
Florida in March 2012. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. A few years
ago I made a career change to Education. I have experience helping kids of all ages and
support needs. My husband and I have been married for almost 20 years, and we have two
teenage boys in high school. I am really excited to be a part of Maitland Presbyterian
Preschool and I am looking forward to an amazing school year!

OLDER TWO YEAR OLD LEAD TEACHER - June Powell
Hi, my name is June Powell and I am originally from the UK. With degrees in Early Childhood Education,
I have had experience as a school owner, teacher assistant, lead teacher, Kindergarten and VPK teacher, as well as a substitute teacher for Orange County Public Schools. With a love of music and theatre, I have directed many shows for children and adults in the Orlando and Seminole County areas. I attend church in Geneva where I am in the church choir and also teach Sunday School. I am thrilled to be here at a church preschool!

OLDER TWO YEAR OLD ASSISTANT - Casey Rodriguez
Hello, my name is Casey! I’m honored to be part of the Maitland Presbyterian Preschool team. I’m committed to supporting each child as they build confidence, curiosity, and essential skills through hands-on experiences and gentle guidance. I believe children thrive when they feel secure and understood. I strive to help in creating a classroom environment that encourages exploration, communication, and steady growth. I look forward to partnering with families to make this a positive learning experience for every child.

TODDLER LEAD TEACHER- Gayle Hill
Hi, my name is Gayle Hill. I was born in Miami but moved to Maitland in 1973. I have been married to my husband, Timm, for 26 years. We have two wonderful children, Ellie and Ethan and a grandson, Jameson. I have been a nanny for two families for the last 17 years and have been at MPP since 2013. I was an assistant in the 2 year old room for several years and then moved to the toddler room as an assistant before becoming the lead in the toddler room in 2018. I love being with the toddlers because I feel they show the most growth in their early developmental stages and it’s very rewarding to watch a child go from stage to stage.

TODDLER ASSISTANT TEACHER - Alyssa Sanchez
Hi, my name is Alyssa! I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Maitland Presbyterian Preschool this year. I have two younger siblings, Olivia (2) and Noah (1), and watching them learn, grow, and experience the world has been one of the greatest joys in my life.
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Central Florida. I’ve had the opportunity to work with preschool students, and I love watching children discover new skills, build confidence, and develop a love of learning. I believe every child learns best in a nurturing environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. My goal is to help create a classroom filled with kindness, curiosity, and joyful learning. I look forward to getting to know each child and partnering with families to make this a wonderful year of growth and discovery!
TODDLER LEAD TEACHER - Alayzah Scale
Hello! My name is Alayzha Scale ( preferably Lay) I am 23 years old and have been working with children since high school I have obtained my DCF 45 hours and plan on continuing my career in early childhood I am excited to see and teach familiar faces within the school while meeting new ones as well!

TODDLER ASSISTANT TEACHER - Shania Davis
I have a background in ministry and education. As a Pennsylvania native and graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I consider myself committed to serving others through worship, discipleship, and compassionate outreach.
With a heart for restoration, mental health, and youth development. I seek to equip the next generation both spiritually and developmentally, helping people discover their identity and purpose in Christ. As an advocate for education and diversity, I believe in equipping young people both spiritually and academically so they can walk with hope in the Gospel throughout life. My desire is for every person to know they are seen, have a safe place to grow and learn, while knowing they are deeply loved by God. Look forward to watching every child prosper this year at MPP!
